I locked my bike outside the 24 Hour Fitness gym at the orange bike racks. I come back an hour later and I see the cable is cut and the bike gone. UPDATE: Police report is complete. I have reviewed video footage of the suspect. He is a white male, about 5' 8", brownish hair, wearing backwards hat, gloves and backpack. He has distinctive tattoos on his forearms. He was seen riding off with the bike towards the Embarcadero ☹️, possibly getting on BART towards the East Bay.
