Distinguishing features
Dutch Gazelle Impala Fiets, very standard bike in the Netherlands, extremely rare here in California. It's a heavy, sturdy, and upright bike, with a rear and front carrier rack. The front rack had a black milk crate attached, see the attached picture. It has built-in front and back lights, which are powered by a dynamo on the front wheel, which is very atypical in the US. The bike is over ten years old, but I do not know the exact age of the bike. The bike has an attached (typical Dutch style) lock.

Description of incident
The bike was stolen from our carport - between 9.30am and 1pm. We were home, but never noticed anything. The bike is rather heavy (it's a Dutch bike, very sturdy, with a front rack and milk crate), so we're surprised (and sad) that it was suddenly gone...
