Bike was seen! In Ballard at 830am Jan 6th! Around 63rd and 20th, if anyone else sees a ragged-looking man with a bike that looks like this, with a blue-striped tire on the back wheel and a different front wheel, big chance its the one! Looks just like the pic except with the green seat, wires, tape, and logos. Also back tire will have blue stripe, front tire will be different (they left the front tire on the lock)
