2005 Giant OCR C3 frame, fork, handlebars, seat. Has been modified with an Aluminum seat post, 36 spoke wheels front and back, and 1x9 drivetrain.

Bike was parked at Hospital overnight, locked to a bike rack in front of 2 security cameras. Frame was locked with a u lock through the rear wheel to bike rack, front wheel was attached to the frame with a cable lock. U lock was broken, it appears by a crowbar or similar prying tool, as indicated by the break pattern in the metal, not cut with a saw. Cable lock was not found at the scene.
