I usually park my bicycle in the garage located at 3001 Telegraph Ave , which is my current residence. The bike was attached to a bike rack with a cable and U-Lock. At some point between 9/4/2019 - 9/8/2019 the cable holding my bicycle was cut and the bicycle taken along with the U-Lock
