On Saturday morning, Sept. 7 at approx. 9:30a.m., I was traveling N. on HWY 12 and my bike dislodged from my bike rack at the CTY K intersection, about 6 minutes from Middleton. I was able to turn around and head S. to recover it but when I found a place to turn around and head back N. someone had already pulled over and took my bike.
