Security camera footage from building shows a shirtless man w/ grey hair and black backpack entering the gated area in front of apartment building where bike was locked. He stumbles in drinking out of a red solo cup, and eventually pulls a handheld, electric saw from his backpack, saws through the kryptonite U-Lock, and rides off on bike.
