My bike also had silver fenders on the front and back. There is also a rack on the bike with a place on the of the rack to insert my small rear red bike light that is black. On the black handle bars was a gold bell and a reflector. The breaks are disc breaks. Used as my commuting bike.

Description of incident
Cable was cut and the u bar left untouched. I think they dislodged my seat then slid the bike out from the u bar. Bike was outside New Seasons grocery store.
