Stolen from rack in front of NoMa Metro Station, across from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, 9-10:30 am. Road bike has been partially rebuilt with straight black handlebars, has a cushioned large black seat, pannier rack, U-lock holder, bell, Shimano 105 front wheel with Mavic rims. Rainbow sticker on frame near water bottle or lock holder. Sentimental value.
