2 men one lightskin one darkskin, the lightskin male was riding a ebike and wielding a portable saw, the lightskin male went up to my ebike and cut the lock with a portable saw, the darkskin male who was riding rollerblades takes the ebike from the lightskin male and proceeds to stealing the ebike with the lightskin male as his accomplice.
