It looks nearly identical to the photo below, but brighter blue and a project bike. The blue handlebar wrap was coming undone, the bearings needed a total overhaul, and tires were flat. The repair costs way outweighed the value of the bike. I believe it was a 1977, but I'm not certain. Definitely from the 1970s.
