2017 RAD City with Sun Ringle MTX 39 rear rim, red reflective tape and a San Juan Island sticker on the battery. Has a fat seat.

There is a blue and white San Juan sticker on the battery. The rear rim is a Sun Ringle MTX39 so very identifiable. Red and silver reflective tape on various parts of the bike. Stolen from the UW parking garage at Republican and Mercer. U-lock was cut off. According to a witness the perp walked 2 bikes out of the garage and over to a homeless encampment nearby. I have been by the homeless encampments in the vicinity and have not seen the bike.
