This is a handmade/custom made moped, from a Trek frame. Small gas tank and engine added from a kit. Black gas tank sits on top tub bar. Dual brake level was added on right side on handlebars, clutch on left side. Seat was black and red. Had pinhead locking mechanism on both wheels and on seat post. Pannier bags were not on the bike when stolen but pannier black rack was mounted. This is registered with the DMV as a moped/motorized bicycle, had license plate attached to pannier rack when stolen, assuming this will be removed.

Bike and lock were stolen out of the basement of my apartment building. Thieves broke into the front door of my building (gate and door lock broken) stole multiple bikes from the basement, and exited through 553 Linden St.
