I was not present. Probably taken during the night of May 27, 2019. The bike rack securing the bike is situated near the leasing office at Regency Park Apartments, on the side of the main driveway. The bike was securely and properly locked with a U-lock securing the frame and front tire and a Flex Lock reaching to back tire. The rack was cut with what appears to be very large pliers and the bike was taken with locks and all. First person to notice was my wife, as she came back from work at around 5:12pm on Tuesday May 28, 2019.
