stolen 2019 Huffy Movelo

Solen in broad daylight from the front of the Thamesford library while my 10 year old daughter was attending a program. Person seen near bike on cell phone shortly before bike went missing. Tall slim wearing red goody with hood up carrying bag. Undetermined rest of description as it is from my 10 yr old however multiple other community members report seeing this same description person heading into town previously and out of town with a bike. I looked both directions of travel on #2 with no sightings
