Cannondale headshock CAD frame mountainbike. Red frame with yellow lettering. Black rims with knobby tires. Shimano trim and sport dual pedals. Clip on/off saddle bag, yellow/black hand pump, no water bottle holders. It's a custom build that I bought from a guy in France, so no real model number. I wish I had a picture, but I never took one.
