Left locked in front of Chipotle..near 14th and Monroe (Columbia Heights). Went across the street to Marshall’s for only 15 minutes, came out and bike and lock were gone. It was a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm. Broad daylight and area was busy with foot traffic.
