stolen Priority Bicycles belt driven road bike

I named him 100. Its a belt driven bike. It isi matte black with a white priority logo. Has a belt powered headlight & tail light (though they havent been working :(. I added a basket to the back, over the fender its a matte black flat rack that has a saddle bag basket attached on the rear right side. I put white reflective tape in numerous places on the frame. reflective tape stickers of the band alkaline trio's logo on the front forks, both sides, a heart sticker on the front. I had to use packing tape to hold the rear light in place under the seat. i replaced the seat with a bigger softer uglier one. had Corvallis cycles adjust the break and gear controls placement on the handle bars a couple weeks back so i can reach them.
