Bike was locked on a bike stand in an open place with other bikes. 4 security cameras in the area. Bike was locked at 8:00 AM. Bike was still there at 10:20 AM. Bike was noticed missing at 11:10 AM. Bike has a sticker on the frame reading "Kettering Bike Shop" and gives a Wilmington Pike address found near Dayton, Ohio.
