stolen Gary Fisher Wahoo

After reviewing the security footage from Bobby G's restaurant in Berkeley (where the bicycle was parked outside of) the person who stole the bicycle is about 5' 9'', African American, with thick black-framed glasses with short black extensions on the top of his head. He meticulously unlocked the wheel on the front tire while smoking a cigarette and watching the patrons at the restaurant to make sure no one was looking. He then left and returned about one minute later with a wheel. He checked both ways to make sure no one was coming by on the sidewalk. He then switched the front wheel on the bike with his own wheel and took off. According to employees, they have seen this person frequent the University Avenue and Shattuck area of Berkeley before.
