stolen 2015 Intense Tracer 275A

After finishing a night ride at Copper TH, placed bike on rear rack and locked with cable and u-lock. Drove to Il Vicino Restaurant at 11225 Montgomery Blvd. NE. Parked in the front aisle with the bike visible from the restaurant. We were in the restaurant for maybe 45 minutes and when we came out noticed that my bike and the bike of another person who had also left their bike locked to their rear rack were gone. The remaining 1/2 of the cut cable and the cut rear rack wheel assembly were left behind. I have those. I called APD immediately. We did not see anyone take the bike and she asked if there were video cameras. We asked an employee of the restaurant if they have cameras but they do not. Sprouts next door has cameras but the manager was not available. My friend Seth Bush left his card for the manager in case they are able to see anything on the video. She indicated that we could wait for an officer but they were very busy and that we should just call from home. I called back to confirm that I was heading home. When I got home I called again and another officer suggested that I should file the report online.
