Description of incident
It happen behind the library in the Apartment building of 10 S. Mitchell. The bike was on flat leaning on the front fence of the apartment building. It happened after 5:30 pm. On July 7th it might of been recorded with the apartment building camera. A neighbor said a tire was missing and after a long period of the time the bike disappeared.
