Distinguishing features
IT was a black 2016 SPecialized Diverge. Underneath the frame, it has a sticker that says it was registered with the ELLENSBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT. It says "Specialized" in red. It had a front light and a rear light and small bag under the seat with my allen wrenches in it.

Description of incident
Locked bike up at bike rack right in front of theater, come out two hours later and the lock was cut, bike was gone, lock remained. Filed insurance claim with renter's insurance. Lights, bag, wrench, gloves were still with it.
