Description of incident: Bike was locked to a bike rack in my apartment court yard (June 20th) then was missing morning of June 21st. I live in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore, though the bike could easily be in a surrounding neighborhood. The undergrad JHU campus is near me as well.
