Very dark blue, WTB Horizon 47 wheels should be extremely difficult to remove (secured with Pinhead skewers, I have the key in my possession). Bike did not have a seat attached at the time it was stolen (quick release, I had it with me.) Bike did have a Topeak rear rack and Planet Bike rear fender attached, both black.

Bike was locked to the rack in front of the American Insustrial Center, across the street and in view of the Third St & 20th Muni T stop. U-lock was cut and left on the ground.
