Our bike storage area on the 1st floor of the building was broken into early Tuesday morning. A suspect was stopped as he was stealing a neighbor's bike from the building by our building maintenance man. Our maintenance man called the police, they came and arrested the man but my bike and pump were already gone from the storage area. My husband's bike and another neighbor's bike (not reported as stolen on this report) was discovered in an alleyway next door but also 'stolen' at the time. They have since been recovered.
