Description of incident
It was a young couple. Late 20s Early 30s. The lady had a top hat on and a pouch of some sort around her neck. The male was wearing a red T-shirt, black shorts and sandals. Both caring what looks like luggage. Down East Colfax Last night. They came behind my work, started going through the dumpster, saw my bike and walked off with it.
