The bike's left handle has always been broken, as in only the brake worked (before theft). The right handle is fully functional. Seat is black, with a gel button-thing on the back of it that can get sticky as it has been punctured. The rear tire tube might be about to pop. There'll be a noticeable bump as you ride it.
