Description of incident
Bike was locked to top metal bar of metal fence. U lock around metal bar locked it to the bike frame. Locked the bike at around 8:30 p.m. on 10/31. Came out to grab it at about 3:00 p.m. on 11/1 and it had completely disappeared.
