stolen 2008 Cannondale 500r CAAD4

Light blue with silver flames. The pedals are Truvativ and were modified to have baskets. The front tire was recently replaced and brand is Gatorskin. There is a lock mount on the seat stem of the bike that is a black metal bracket. The were 3 lights: one Schwinn headlight and two smaller circle lights. The left handle bar is missing it's plug and there was a gold bracelet around the top bar of the frame.
