My bike and helmet were stolen on the morning of June 3, 2019 between 6 am and 7 am outside the Pure Barre Studio at the Ice Blocks on 17th and R Street. It was locked to the rack with a u lock and cable. I walked out of the studio at 7 am and the bike, helmet, and lock were nowhere to be seen.
