Blue Devinci road bike with Speedplay pedals was locked to a pole outside Verve Coffee Roasters on S Spring St. in Downtown LA. The lock was cut and the bike was stolen around 5pm on 6/1/19. People sitting outside at the coffee shop said they didn't see anyone steal it.
