Perpetrator cut cable locked backyard gate accessed from alley. Entered unlocked side garage door. Put up blanket covering garage windows. Cut bike cable lock wrapped around garage post and through bike frame. Disabled automatic garage door. Opened it manually. Exited out into alley. Left door partially opened.
