Description of incident
My bike was locked up with a heavy chain through both wheels and frame to a metal bike parking frame. Theft occurred sometime during the night of Monday October 26th/morning of 27th. Someone used bolt cutters to cut through my chain, taking the bike and leaving the cut chain on the ground.
