Carrying rack on the back, lots of nicks and scratches on bar below the seat has the bottom section of a smart Halo bike computer installed (not the device itself, just black braces to hold it there) in center of handlebar

The the padlock was cut with a saw and left at the scene. It was locked at a city-provided lock on 7th avenue in front of a nail salon place close to the union street intersection.
