Description of incident
While I was sitting in the team room "SO:Cake" (78a West Marlands Road, SO14 7FW, Southampton) from 14:15-15:25 on 22-May 2019 my bike has been stolen, which was locked on the bike racks a few metres away, in front of the Southampton City Council at One Guildhall Square, Southampton, SO14 7FP.
