Matte black hybrid, has a silver rack with a spring clamp on the back and a bell on the handlebars. Handlebars are not rounded. Might still have a sticker on it from Once Ridden Bikes, the store it was purchased from.

Bike was stolen off of my porch sometime in the night of 5/19-5/20, gone when I woke up at 8AM. The bike was u-locked to a cable lock around a porch pillar, bike and both locks are gone.
