Stolen outside of Benson's market in Ferndale, Wa. I. Relieve I saw the suspect. He is a Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes about 5,8 to 6,4. O believe the bike was spraypainted all black and the metal part of the tires was painted purple or blue.
