Parked bike in front of market entry for a quick less than 1 minute purchase - kept bike in site entire time until I had to turn my head to pay for my purchase. Heard a noise outside (my bike being taken) - went outside quickly to see it gone. Asked 2 onlookers if they saw someone take it, they said yes, they saw a man take it and bike west on Manchester Blvd.
