bike was locked outside stantec tower on corner of 102 st and 103 ave. locked to entry dock to pcl construction site. was locked up at 9:45 am and was last seen still locked up at 6pm. between 4:45 pm and 4:52pm the lock was cut and bike was taken. lock was left behind. Since I created this report I've met with security at stantect tower and have cctv surveillance photos of the offence.
