Description of incident
Bicycle was locked in the driveway bike rack outside of my home. The front tire was U-locked to the rack, with a cable run through the rear wheel and frame. The cable was cut, with the front wheel and U-lock left on the bike rack. This method of locking was used as the bike rack was hidden away from the street and because it was difficult to lock the frame to the rack due to the U-lock being too small for this. This incident likely happened at night. All that was left was front tire and U-lock, so the bike may have mismatched tires/brake discs.
