Description of incident
Mid-day, bike locked to rack in front of Savers thrift store. I was in the store approximately 10-15 minutes. When I exited store, I saw my cut cable on the ground. This bike is a 2007 model, not 2016. It's been almost 2 years now, and I haven't heard one thing about my bike. I have been vigilant in the search for it, but no luck.
