It's a rusty blue Nishiki 3-speed. I removed the chainguard and front fender but it still has the rear fender. Gear cable is shot. Rear brake cable is shot. Busted up black plastic seat, exposed interior yellow foam. At one point was proudly decorated with a few sun-bleached beads and a rotted adhesive mustache on the handlebars but maybe this clever thief has removed those.
