Description of incident
One bike was a teal schwinn cruiser style bike with a cup holder. There was a custom woven willow dog basket on front. A small pillow in the basket has red, yellow, and blue stripes.
The other was a Trek road bike, frame for 5'3" female. Red, black, and white color on frame. Back tire was flat.
