Gold Schwinn, had a black milk carton zip tied to the back. A white metal snap on basket in front. Covered the frame in gold duct tape to better idenifty it, has a sticker on it that is black with cursive writing that says “ i know what it means” also had small string lights wrapped around the body, and a red fabric rose wrapped around the basket, a large black cloud 9 seat on it

A man jumped over two tall metal gates into our back courtyard and stole a bike. He threw the bike back over both fences. We have it on camera. 10pm Sunday April 14th
