On Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 8:15pm, I discovered my bicycle was stolen from the private back area of my apartment building, where it had been secured to a fence with a heavy duty chain lock, and the wheels secured with two additional locks. I had locked it there on Sunday, April 7 at 7:30pm, so it must have been stolen either Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday night.
