Used U-Lock on front tire of bike to attach to a communal bike rack in an apartment building. Bike frame and back tire were stolen by detaching from the front tire. There was another bike frame and back tire, as well as two front wheels, stolen from the communal bike rack—not yet confirmed but thieves may have placed these front wheels on the stolen frames so as to appear to be taking whole bikes, not parts, from the building.
