We arrived at Pier 39 at around 630 and arrived back at the bike rack by 815 and the bike was missing. The Pier 39 security officers said that they have a camera pointed right at the bike rack. The bike is a blue matte finish with some orange highlights. At time of theft, there was also a plastic front fender attached to the bottom tube with rubber straps and a bike light holder on the handlebars (no light, though, as it was with us).
