Not sure what seat tube length means so I gave the height. It is a mountain bike so I figure the frame size is large. It says on it Hyper Explorer Aluminum HPRS. Had seat all the way down. 21 speed. Had front and back reflectors on it. 27.5" tires. Mainly black, but with white and gold.

Bike has been chained under the outside steel staircase, but was not completely out of view. The cable that was cut was a heavy duty one and so it most likely was done with a full size bolt cutter. Security camera picked up theft being done at 12:49am. Thief was prepared as was wearing all black, a hoodie that was up, and since the camera could not make out face because of being dark, it seemed to be a black man. The thief did not intend to carry the bike into a vehicle because two cables had to be cut, one around the frame and staircase and one around the front wheel and the frame. So this theft was preplanned.
