Thief entered gated parking garage and cut chain link to access bike cage within the garage. Cable lock was found cut and one of the two bikes locked with it was stolen, the other (a cheaper bike) was left in the cage. An old blue road bike was found left outside of the cage and is suspected to belong to the thief. A police report has been filed and the abandoned bike was taken by the officer.
